We mix the yogurt composition with sugar, eggs, essence, vanilla sugar.

Put half of the yogurt composition and place another 5 sheets that I greased with oil. We put the rest of the composition and the last sheets greased with oil.
Leave in the oven until browned and the yogurt mixture thickens. (It took me about 40-50 minutes on low heat).
Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool for 15 minutes, then portion it and syrup it, pouring little by little from the syrup, not all at once.
We prepare the filling in the following way: we mix the yogurt with the eggs, we add the sugar and the essences, homogenizing everything.
Grease a yena tray with margarine, place the pie sheets (I used about 5 sheets, greased with very little butter), add the filling and raisins, spreading another 3-4 sheets of pie on top of them. Before putting the tray in the oven, homogenize the 100 gr of yogurt with the egg and with the help of a spatula we spread the composition on the entire surface of the pie sheets. Bake over medium heat until nicely browned.
After baking, let the pie cool gradually, in the oven (with the door open, to avoid excessive baking). Eventually, a clean kitchen towel can be placed over it. Serve cold, powdered with vanilla sugar. Good appetite!

Recipe of yogurt pie it is not only easy to prepare, but children will also have an experiment with yogurt and baking powder.
Yogurt and raisin pie
Here is a delicious dessert and very easy to prepare: Pie with yogurt and raisins.
Method of preparation
Beat the egg whites and then mix with the yogurt. Add the yolks, raisins, sugar and gelatin prepared according to the instructions on the envelope and mix well until the sugar melts.
Divide the pie sheets into three and place the first part in a tray lined with baking paper or greased with margarine.
Pour over half of the yogurt composition.
Place another row of sheets on top, then the composition and the third row of sheets on top. Grease the top with 2-4 tablespoons of sour cream mixed with a yolk.
Bake at the right heat. Do not be afraid if it swells when baked, because it will recover after it cools down. Grease the top with a little syrup (from sugar water) and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Allow to cool then cut into pieces.
The yogurt and semolina pie is delicious. You can use commercial pie sheets or you can prepare pie sheets yourself. Beat eggs with sugar, add yogurt, semolina, essence and raisins. Grease a pan with butter and place half of the pie sheets - each greased with melted butter. Pour the filling and cover with the rest of the pie sheets, also greased with melted butter.
Put the remaining butter on top and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. After removing from the oven, cover the pie with aluminum foil or a damp towel. Cut after cooling completely.
Yogurt and semolina pie is served after it has cooled. You can powder with vanilla sugar.

Easter recipe - Lemon and yogurt pie
To prepare this dessert you need the following ingredients:
- 1 kg of yogurt
- pie sheets (one pack)
- 1 vanilla essence or other flavor, depending on preferences

- 300 grams of sugar
To prepare this pie with lemon and yogurt you must do so. First of all, mix the eggs with the yogurt. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, add the sugar, vanilla essence (or another flavor) and the peel of half a lemon.
When the ingredients are well mixed, you can move on to the next step. Put baking paper in a tray, over which you will put a sheet of pie. On top you will put half of the mixture containing yogurt. Then put another sheet of pie over the composition. Pour the other half of the composition over this pie sheet. At the end, you will cover everything with another sheet of pie.
Heat the oven a little before placing the tray. Leave the pie at a temperature of 180 degrees. After about 20 minutes, the pie will be ready. The sheets at the top of the pie should be browned, golden or brown.

- 500 g plain yogurt
- 450 g urda (ricotta / sweet cottage cheese)
- 270 g sugar
- 150 g raisins
- 7 eggs
- 80 g butter
- 1 packet of vanilla bourbon sugar
- 1 lemon essence (preferably grated peel from one lemon)

In a bowl, mix the urda with the yogurt until it is homogenous. In another, mix or beat the eggs with the sugar (until it melts), the vanilla sugar and the lemon essence or peel. Incorporate the yogurt mixture with the ricotta, then add the raisins. .
Cover a tray (23 & # 21530) with baking paper. Divide the sheets into three (usually 12), as well as the previously prepared composition and melt the butter over low heat or in the microwave.
