  • 1 fresh homemade sausage
  • 1 parpadelle bag (some very wide pasta, wider than tagliatelle)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste / tomato sauce if you like more sour

  • 4 slices of kaizer

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salted butter with thyme

RECIPE PREPARATION Parpadelle with sausages and kaizer:

Boil water with a little salt and add the eyelids, turn on low heat and cover with a sieve lid. Then when they are ready drain under 1 short stream of cold water and mix with a little salted butter with thyme while they are still hot. The sauce is made by cooking finely chopped onion, then add the garlic, small slices and the contents taken from the sausage file, then the kaizer the pieces. Finally, add the tomato paste, soy sauce and spices. Leave for a few more minutes and then serve with the hot pasta.

400 g flour, 1 sachet of Dr. Oetker yeast, 4 tablespoons oil, 200 ml warm milk, 200 g kaizer, 200 g salami, 150 g smoked sausages, 200 g mutton, 200 g mushrooms, 2 tomatoes, an onion, 4 eggs , 200 ml sour cream, 1 bell pepper

Ingredient:

500g flour
200g brie or gorgonzola cheese (with green or blue mold)
1 sachet Dr. Qetker yeast
150ml warm water
100g margarine
A pinch of salt
1 medium onion
150g kaizer
1 teaspoon hot paprika
1 tablespoon oregano or more according to preference
1 egg and 100ml milk for greasing

Method of preparation:
Peel an onion, finely chop it and put it in a frying pan with oil.


We take the kaizer, remove the mouse, cut it into small cubes and add it to the pan over the onion. Season with hot paprika and oregano. Leave everything on the fire until they harden enough.




I kneaded and leavened the dough in the bread machine, the process lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. You can also knead the dough by hand and leave it to rise for 1 hour.
We put the ingredients in the bread machine in the following order: warm water, yeast, flour, broken margarine in pieces, cheese with broken mold in pieces, season with a pinch of salt and add the onion and kaizer prepared beforehand.






After the dough has risen, line a tray with baking paper and turn it over in the pan. We spread it evenly by hand over the entire surface of the tray - it is very easy to stretch.



Cut the dough with a knife into small squares, then leave it in the pan to leaven for another 30 minutes.


After 30 minutes, grease it with egg mixed with milk and put it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.



After it is baked, let it rest for 5 minutes, then cut it into squares and serve. It is a delicious recipe that can be served as a snack, appetizer.

Beyond Sausage vegetarian sausages with baked vegetables is a very simple recipe, without sophisticated ingredients, easy to prepare and yet, super delicious! The vegetables we use are a delicious mix of potatoes and artichokes. It is a frozen mixture, from Orogel, which we take from www.miramax.ro. The vegetables are ready seasoned, we can prepare them in the oven or in the fryer with hot air and they can be a wonderful garnish or a main course. What does the mixture used contain? Grilled potatoes 55%, artichoke slices 37%, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rosemary, garlic. The vegetables are in a 1 kg package, enough for the whole family. Even Luca fell in love with artichokes! The mix contains artichoke core, which is sweet and delicious, goes perfectly with the white sauce!

The white sauce, based on sweet vegetable cream, is full of aromas of green onions and garlic. In the lacto-vegetarian version, we can add Parmesan or mozzarella sauce.

I also told you about Beyond Meat products in the burger recipe, where I used Beyound Meat burgers. Now I used vegetarian sausages Beyond Sausage,a product without soy, without gluten, 100% vegetable. It is based on pea protein, rice, Faba beans, potato starch, fruit and vegetable concentrate (beets, carrots, peppers and apple fiber). They can be prepared on the grill, in the pan or in the oven and are a meat flour alternative, not only during fasting.

Potato food with sausages and kaizer from: onion, potatoes, sausages, kaizer, cheese, oil, salt, pepper.

Ingredient:

  • 2 onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 sausages
  • 200 g kaizer
  • 100 g of cheese
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Boil them in water with a pinch of salt. Heat a little oil in a pan and, over high heat, brown the sliced ​​sausages and kaizer and finely chopped onions.

Drain and set aside on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Put a little more oil in the pan in which the sausages were and, over a high heat, brown the boiled potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

When they are browned, mix them with the pieces of sausage and kaizer, after you have sprinkled grated cheese and cover with a lid for 5-10 minutes.
