  • 5 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 115 ml crème fraîche
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 handful of parsley leaves , chopped
  • 8 tablespoons best-quality extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Put all your ingredients into a jam jar with some sea salt and black pepper. Shake, taste and season again if needed until your dressing is perfect. You may need to add a little more vinegar or oil to balance it.
