Muffins with chocolate flakes

Recipe stolen from motanlaoale :)

  • 220g flour
  • 200g old
  • 2 eggs
  • 80ml oil
  • 50ml milk
  • 50ml sour cream
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 100g chocolate flakes

Servings: 14

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate muffins:

The flour is mixed with the baking powder. Mix eggs well with sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, sour cream and milk. Add flour and chocolate flakes and mix until smooth.

Put in the forms of muffins that have been wallpapered with paper and fill at most 3/4.

Keep in the oven over high heat for about 10-15 minutes.



Simple muffins with chocolate flakes

The fringed muffins with chocolate flakes are in themselves a good morning wish. Ready in half an hour, soft, fluffy, fragrant, intriguing and insinuating, chocolate muffins are a good accompaniment to coffee or morning tea. Or lunch. Or in the evening. Because you don't need any excuse to eat a muffin.

Servings: 12 pieces

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredient:

  • 250 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 6 grams of baking powder (a little more than half an envelope)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 or
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 110 grams of melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence (or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar)
  • peel from 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate flakes
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a deep bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix them well with a spoon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: lukewarm milk, melted butter, orange peel, vanilla essence and egg. Mix them well with a whisk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients over the dry ones and mix gently to combine.
    [warning] Do not use the mixer or mix too much as the dough and muffins should remain fluffy. [/ warning]
  5. Add the chocolate flakes and incorporate them lightly.
  6. Grease the muffin tins with very little oil.
    [notes] If you don't have muffin shapes & # 8211 tray or individual silicone molds & # 8211 you can buy disposable aluminum molds. [/ note]
  7. Place the muffin tins in a tray.
  8. Pour about 3 tablespoons of coke into each mold.
    [warning] Depending on what kind of muffin shapes you have, make sure there is room (about a finger) for the edge of the shape. Do not pour the hull up. [/ warning]
  9. Put the muffins in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
    [warning] If you have a ventilated oven, do not use ventilation because the fragile muffin dough will warp and bake as is. [/ warning]
  10. Check the muffins after 15 minutes with a toothpick. If the toothpick inserted in the dough comes out clean, without traces of dough, the muffins are baked.

Chocolate chip muffins can be eaten both hot and especially cold.
